The Forthcoming 2013 BMW X1

The 2013 BMW X1 is a new updated version of the previous X1’s already on the road. BMW have modified this compact care and modernized it with some new features and add on options. New updates on the X1 are to the side mirrors, revamped front and rear bumpers, headlights have been redesigned and restructured taillights. This redesign allows it to blend in with other BMW’s on the current market.
This 2013 variety of the X1 has some useful safety features such as standard features built in for example the airbags, including head airbags, which are there for both driver and passenger. Safety options that can be added on comprise of headlights that have cornering technology and auto braking cruise control.

There are also different versions of the BMW 2013 X1 to suit everyone’s style and needs. For instance there is the xLine option trim that means the auto buyer can have extended bumpers and side-skirts; providing the driver with a more stylish and memorable ride. The Sports line version is suitable for sports drivers who like to have that extra something with bumpers and side-skirts that stand out in the best possible way. Moreover this includes extra special 18-inch double-spoke light alloy wheels and has fabulous black chrome designed tailpipe and grille.

Furthermore the BMW X1 2013 has an upgraded engine allowing those in the US to have the limited edition X1 xDrive35i. This uses a TwinPower Turbo 3.0-liter inline 6-cylinder for added speed and efficiency which produces 300hp (304PS / 224kW) and 406Nm (300lb-ft) of torque.

The X1 2013 has been restructured in order to be better at fuel efficiency with its automatic start/stop function as standard as well as the rear wheel drive. In terms of miles per gallon, the X1 drives at 33 mpg when out on the highway and 24 mpg when driving within a city.
